James Davis

Founder

The Midlife Mentors emerged from a combination of frustration and opportunity. This frustration arose when James Davis, upon entering his forties, recognized that much of the conventional health, fitness, and mindset guidance either overlooked individuals in his age group or condescended to quick-fix solutions that fail to be effective when hormones, career demands, and family obligations intersect. The potential exists because James Davis recognized the significant impact of evidence-based coaching when it is customized to address the challenges of mid-life, including limited time, physical changes, and the aspiration to regain a sense of purpose alongside the goal of reducing body fat.
