Jill Christensen dedicated 22 years to her career in Corporate America, ascending from entry-level management to an executive position. Although she appreciates the knowledge and experience gained during this time, Jill was deeply troubled by the pervasive dysfunction she observed. Frequently, she would leave the office questioning, “How does this company generate profit?” and found that nearly everyone she encountered shared a sense of disillusionment with their jobs. She was convinced that a more effective approach existed.
